As a leader of others, people depend on us to safely and comfortably navigate them through the never ending change cycle that exists in the workplace. Some changes are within our direct control and others impact on our team by default. Whatever the situation, this program will assist participants to successfully lead others through the predictable, and sometimes unpredictable, stages of change in a way that enhances engagement and improves productivity.
